Would I be in order to ask that this Question be deferred to allow whatever consultations the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs has been holding to go on? Mr. Speaker, Sir, since I was in ODM(K), I remember very well that most of those victims were actually in this party. However, why is it that the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs and the Assistant Minister for Finance are actually not sitting down together to address this issue? Could this Question be deferred to allow them to sit down together and bring a concrete answer to the House?"
