Mr. Musyoka, as a matter of fact, I had extended a lifeline to you by asking if you could give us an assurance that the Statement would come to the House this week. You were unable to do so. I just want you to bear in mind the provisions of our Standing Orders relating to the seeking of Ministerial Statements. Normally, it would be on matters that are of national importance, and that are urgent. The Government ought to treat them accordingly; that is, indeed, as urgent matters. Mr. Musyoka, I expect that the Statement would be forthcoming before the end of this week!"
