    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am talking about the DAP fertiliser, which is the planting fertiliser. The Government has gone out of its way by providing money to the tune of Kshs245 million to cushion farmers. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in conjunction with accredited local stockists, the Government has been giving vouchers for the 50-kilogramme bag of CAN fertiliser, 60-kilogramme bag of DAP fertiliser and the 10-kilogramme bag of seedlings, so as to help farmers. That way, the majority of farmers have benefited. Almost 34,000 farmers have benefited."
