    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in looking at this composition of the Board, I was very surprised to note that there was no regard or recognition of the disabled. Do we have a single disabled person in the list of the Board members? I think that is a marginalised group and they should really have been included on the Board. If you have any flexibility, Mr. Minister, you should ensure you replace one of these others with a disabled person because I think that they are an important component of our society. In conclusion, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think the Minister has done a good job in terms of geographical balancing and gender. However, he should take account of what I have just said, that they should include, at least, one disabled person on the Board. Thank you."
