"content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. First of all, I want to thank the Minister for generously donating part of his April 24, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 701 time to me, so that I may contribute to this very important Motion. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of increasing the amount of money that is given to CDF has been raised by hon. Members. I want to ask the Minister for Finance who is present today to ensure that since it is the will of the House that the fund be increased to five per cent. He should bring a Bill into this House as soon as possible so that we can pass it."
