    "content": "Order! There is a lapse here! The last person who was on the Floor last time was Mr. Kabando wa Kabando. His contribution was interrupted by the adjournment of the House! He, however, is not in the House. Under these circumstances we are going to adjourn the the House! Hon. Members, it is now time to interrupt the business of the House. The House is, therefore, adjourned until Tuesday, 29th April, 2008, at 2.30 p.m. The House rose at 6.30 p.m."
