That is the policy. Now, I want to clarify the question of bursary. Maragwa Constituency which has an enrolment of 5,933 students received Kshs2,245,628, as bursary funds in February this year. This money was channelled through account number 275681871, Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), Saba Saba Branch."
