    "content": "As I support this Bill, I wish to agree with my colleagues who have spoken before me about the need for it, especially in view of what happened previously in the Northern Kenya and Central Kenya regions especially – the extra-judicial killings. These are matters which need to be looked into. These are matters which can only be looked into best if we can also break down the representation of the proposed Independent Policing Oversight Authority to counties, as per the Constitution."
