"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is it in order, for the hon. April 23, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 641 Member, if I got him right, to say that certain sections of Members of Parliament set conditions for the resettlement of IDPs? If he is referring to the various meetings we had yesterday, we all indicated that we are committed to the process of resettlement of IDPs. What we did not provide for is a way forward. This hon. Minister is trying to mislead the House by trying to get it into legalistic jargon which is not going to help the process of healing. It is incumbent upon the current Government to provide the way forward to this process."
