We have put tags on individuals, that these are the culprits of the post-election violence! This is a matter which must be addressed by the leaders in this country, especially the leaders who will be visiting the IDPs from tomorrow. It is a very important issue. We cannot put tags on individuals and say: These are the wrong doers and these are the good people. There can be no clashes if both parties do not participate. Participation must be two way. If we are fighting, then there must be one person who started and another person defending himself. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we want the IDPs to be resettled as fast as possible. But let us look for a good way of doing it. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
