    "content": " Thank you, Ms. Karua, for giving me two minutes. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I just want to underscore one point. If we were to have compromise on resettlement of IDPs, we will be compromising the security of this nation. The basic values that any nation protects is the security of its citizens and their right to property. These people owned property. They are not poor. They were robbed of their property and their dignity by criminals. The Government must move in to protect and settle them back on their land."
