    "content": "There is also a suggestion that we should not have included the Office of the Prime Minister. If you look at the Bill itself, the Office of the Prime Minister was included because this Bill can be assented to even next week or next month. The Office of the Prime Minister will be there up to 31st December, 2012. So, we must follow the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). We had to include the Office of the Prime Minister because it is going to be there until 31st December, 2012."
