From time to time, money is allocated for design works and yet those roads are never constructed. Over time, the demography is also interfered with. Could the Assistant Minister confirm here that when a road has been surveyed and design work completed, the Ministry has a mechanism to ensure that, that road is repaired, so as not to spend more money on design works again?"
