    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Under Standing Order No.20, we are putting across a request to discuss this issue as a matter of national importance, notwithstanding the fact that you will rule on several other issues surrounding that matter. We are requesting that this House be allowed to ventilate on this issue. We believe that it is of national importance that we discuss this matter before the Government continues to function. Unless we form that Grand Opposition, our failure to do so will be tantamount to giving the Government a blank cheque to spend public funds without any oversight from the Backbench. We are of the opinion that you allow us to discuss this issue as a matter of national importance, notwithstanding the fact that you will make some other ruling tomorrow. We are requesting that you allow us to ventilate on this issue."
