    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, emanating from the Statement given by the Minister, it is notable that he has made a very timely move to bail out the water companies. I would like the Minister to take a step further and probably inform the House how much money is owed by these water companies. Madam Temporary Deuty Speaker, secondly, I want to know whether the issue of the credit facility of 30 days was initiated by the managers of the water companies or it was an issue that the Minister thought would guarantee the proper operation of these water companies. If the managers of the water companies were not consulted, it would have been better if they were to be given a longer period to consolidate their financial positions."
