    "content": "It is for that reason that I am pleading with you to give us your opinion. As we speak today, the National Assembly of this country is without an Official Opposition. Secondly, an Official Opposition in this country is a necessity in obedience to Section 1(a) of the Constitution. Where hon. Members in this House are neither Ministers nor Assistant Minsters, being not less than 30 and by signing decisions in writing, can and shall be recognised as members of the Official Opposition. Such a group of Members shall be called the Grand Coalition Opposition for the purposes of putting the Government on check. Thank you."
