    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank the Minister for that Statement. But in 2003, accidents on our roads were reduced to almost zero. How come we are losing ten people per day on our roads? Is it that we are not enforcing the usage of safety belts, speed governors and checking of the vehicles? The Minister should tell us what exactly has changed between that time and now. That is because we are losing too many people. It is not only during Easter, but even on other days. The Minister should enforce the laws that were gazetted at that time, instead of just relaxing them. We should not let people go back to where we were before 2003."
