    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is an ordinary Procedural Motion so that as a House we have some business to transact. We have been on holiday and we have not been able to transact any meaningful business since we were elected apart from the National Accord and Reconciliation Bill. I think it is in order that we pass this Procedural Motion so that, at least, we can have something to do for now. Otherwise, we will have an adjournment and we cannot justify all these long period we have not been able to transact business in this House. The Bill is already published and anybody who wants to read it and contribute can do so. It is not a controversial Bill. It will look very bad if we do not pass this Procedural Motion so that we can be able to continue transacting business in the House."
