    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise on a point of order by making reference to Standing Order No.99. It says: \"Save with the leave of the House not more than one stage of a Bill may be taken at any one sitting\". I had made reference to this in my support to the Procedural Motion which came under Standing Order No.98. It is incumbent upon the Minister or the Chair to have then sought leave of the House, so that we could allow the Minister to have the First and Second Readings, all in one stage. I think it is important that with a new House, we set the record straight and we follow our Standing Orders. Thank you."
