If you start your maiden speech with a quorum and it goes down when you are still on the Floor, the fact that you are not supposed to be interfered with supersedes the quorum issue at that time. So, we will clarify and bring it later to the Floor of the House. Since we have only about 30 minutes to go and we have quorum, we will continue."
