I said that the Government has given the NCPB a credit line of Kshs850 million to purchase fertilizer. Of course, that could mean that if the fertilizer is not available in the local market, it can be imported, as hon. Chepkitony has said. Whatever it is, it is all systems go, so that we can take advantage of the setting on of the long rains."
