    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the practice before is that fertiliser and other farm inputs, including seeds, are given in very small quantities. Seeds, for example, are given out as if they are drugs such as panadol. Could the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs assure this House that this time round, the right amount of seeds will be given to farmers? Could he also give the time frame within which the farmers will get the seeds and at what cost?"
