Indeed, if there is one crucial matter that is before us, as a House and a nation, is making sure that our people go back to their farms. We also need to create the necessary and enabling environment for them to go back to their farms. So, the matter of fertiliser is immediate. By the time the President will be in the Rift Valley Province by the end of this week, I am sure, fertiliser will be on the ground."
