They also want to know the price of fertiliser, so that they can plan. Mr. Musyoka, you are being asked about the price of fertiliser. We know that the price of a 50-kilogramme bag of fertiliser in the market is Kshs4,000. Could he inform the House when this fertiliser will arrive in the country and, at what price it will retail? Mr. Speaker, Sir, farming is a business; it is not a question of telling people to go to the farms. They can practise subsistence farming. We want to know specifically the price of a 50-kilogramme DAP bag of fertiliser. Let him answer that question! If he does not have an answer, let him ask for more time, so that he could go and do research! It is not a crime not to have an answer!"
