    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to confirm that it is not only the four schools in Butere that have not received tuition funds. In fact, over six schools in my constituency have not, up to now, received these funds. As you are aware, there have been conflicting statements March 25, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 359 from the Ministry of Education to the effect that classes which do not have 45 pupils enroled will not qualify for tuition funds. We have also heard denials from the Minister that, in fact, this is not true. Could the Minister, once and for all, clarify this matter? This is because it does not matter whether they are ten students in a class or not. They are students and they deserve to be educated."
