    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to deal with the last problem that has been raised by Mr. Midiwo. Indeed, the people who have been making the loudest noise from that part of the world--- I have checked the performance records of those schools in the last five years and I have testimony here that unless that noise is being made for some other reason, if anything else, those schools have improved in the previous five years. Their current status or rating is much better than that of last year and the year before. Since the record is available, I do not need to be very wordy about this matter. It is important that before you complain, you make sure that you have facts in your hands so that we can read from the same script."
