    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am not suggesting in any way that they be removed from office unconstitutionally. We know that we can do it constitutionally because they have outlived their usefulness. I do not advocate for unconstitutionality. However, I know that those people are unethical in both sides of this House, or this Government, will not for once, be served in the coming by-elections by a Commission which is not interested in the welfare of our people."
