    "content": "On the issue of security, I would like to commend the Government for the steps it took to quell violence. The police tried their best. However, in some areas, the police shot innocent people who were running for cover. Innocent people were shot and this was very unfair. Innocent people who were travelling were shot and this was unfair. The Commissioner of Police needs to bring order to his department so that his officers do not just shoot. That is abuse of human rights."
