Ms. Karua, with her presentation, has gone through the Objects and Reasons of the Bill. I would want to take a different dimension to this: That, our two principals, namely, Mr. Raila Odinga, who is the Prime Minister-designate, and the President, Mr. Mwai Kibaki, rose to the occasion when it was required of them to do so."
