"content": "No, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir! Please, do not pre- empt what I am going to say. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I just want to draw the attention of the Attorney- General to an issue which affects the Bill as a whole. I am wondering at what point will the Attorney-General deal with it. I notice that we have this Bill, but we have no schedule of interpretations of certain key words or concepts in the Bill that would need interpretation in law. Usually, we have the first page saying: \"Government means...\", and so on. But it is not part of this Bill. I know that it is possible, in Government practice, that, that can be taken care of by the Attorney-General, subsequently. Could the Attorney-General reassure the House that, that can be done so that certain key concepts in the Bill have an interpretation at the beginning of the Bill, so that the people could know what they mean? I am just raising a concern. Maybe, the Attorney- 224 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES March 18, 2008 General could clarify the issue."
