    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Now that we have passed the National Accord and Reconciliation Bill, I think we owe ourselves some congratulations for taking very positive measures towards reconciling our nation. All I want to say this evening is that I am reminded--- This Tenth Parliament will go on record as having taken a bold step which will go a long way in eturning this country to normalcy. I do hope that those who will be lucky to get responsibilities of leading Ministries will move with expediency to ensure that Kenyans live peacefully. We do not want to have a repeat of what we have gone through. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to support."
