    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I stand to support the Motion to hasten the process of legislation. However, I wish to caution that as we do so, we should indicate what we said before this House concerning the spirit of the amendment so that the spirit of reconciliation can start from the Floor of this House. If Kenya does not see reconciliation starting from here, then we might have difficulty in passing this Bill. I wish to caution that the process of legislation is very grave. We should handle it with the gravity it deserves. We should address these issues as Members of this House. I support the Motion."
