    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I stand to support the Motion in the interest of this country. As we proceed, a lot is expected of the Members of the negotiating team, because this Bill is their product, to explain in detail to the House a lot of issues which are quite unclear. Negotiation is normally a protracted and complicated exercise. What matters, and perhaps what hon. Members need to know, is the spirit in which the Accord has been reached. We expect the Members of the negotiating team to jointly educate the House on the spirit behind the agreement. I beg to support."
