This Committee is quite representative and it is my belief that when the Whips were compiling this list, they consulted widely within their parties although there is this issue of gender balance, which I think is a bit lopsided and ought to have been looked at. Otherwise, I wish to put it to the Committee that we would not like to see what happened in the Ninth Parliament where most of the Bills did not come to the Floor of the House. Ministers kept away so many Government Bills that were supposed to have come to the Floor. With those few remarks, I support."
