    "content": " Bw. Clerk, I think this House knows that we have voted in many ways. We usually vote by division where people go to the lobbies to vote. That is not a secret ballot. You cannot say by insinuation that it is by secret ballot in the Standing Order. The Standing Order has to be very specific so that people are left in no doubt whatsoever what to do. In the event that it is not specific, then, indeed, any form of voting that is allowed in this House, which is usually by division, can be resorted to."
