    "content": "observed above that you are the only institution that enjoys the privilege of being allowed, in the Constitution, to determine the methods you want to use to run your own affairs. In any civilised society, you cannot be allowed to make your own rules and fail to respect them. In short, we must respect our Standing Orders. If we do not do that then we can as well forget about gaining any respect from our society. I hope both sides of the House are listening and, indeed, that the whole country is listening."
