    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if you look at the arrangement of the Constitution, Chapter one which declares the Republic of Kenya, it has nothing to do with the Executive. The provisions relating to the Executive are found in Chapter Two of the Constitution. Therefore, if you look at the Oath of Allegiance, it undermines the Constitution of Kenya by suggesting that the sovereignty of the Republic of Kenya is in the President of the Republic of Kenya."
