The Oath of Allegiance says: \"I do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to the President and the Republic of Kenya.\" That, in itself, undermines the Constitution itself. That is because the authority of the Republic of Kenya, the sovereignty of the Republic of Kenya is in the people of Kenya."
