It is embarrassing to ask a sitting President, who has been declared elected by the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) and been sworn in this manner, to come and sit where Mr. Musyoka is sitting. He is sitting at the right place and that is where he belongs. That is where he will sit until Mr. Raila, or any other voter in the country, invokes the provisions of Section 44 that Mr. Orengo knows about very well. We will then meet in that court and determine what has happened."
