    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The answers to parts “a” and “b” of the Question are shown in the detailed tables. I hope the hon. Member has got the written answer. (c) The three projects that were allocated budgetary allocations are:- Three Youngsters Borehole, Njuruta Njiiri Borehole and Maitei Borehole. These three projects were awarded to In-depth Water Services Limited and the contract signed on 30th March, 2009. The company, however, did not take up the contract. After the lapse of the contract period, it was subsequently cancelled. During the same period, disbursement of funds for the projects was suspended and lifted after one-and-a-half years."
