If you are an Anglican and you are baptised according to the Roman Catholic procedures, your baptism may not actually be valid. Since we are going to swear allegiance as hon. Members of Parliament, I want to admit that, that swearing-in must be properly done. So, the point raised by Mr. James Orengo is extremely important. We would like to get a clear ruling from the Chair or the Attorney-General, given the valid point that hon. Orengo has raised."
