Consequently, all those matters on which you have been asked to take judicial notice of, are best canvassed in an election court, challenging the validity of the election of the President. That is why he can stand up and say that the courts should take judicial notice that the Chairman of ECK said this and that. Even the Chairman of the Electoral Commission could be called in and be asked what he meant. Those are matters of the court."
