    "content": "In a nutshell, therefore, this is an Act of Parliament that provides this form of Oath, and if it be inconsistent with the Constitution, then it should never have seen the light of the day. So, it will be the duty of this House, if it finds any contradiction whatsoever, within the provisions of the Statute and the Constitution to take the necessary action to ensure that the Act is amended or repealed or whatever else the House may deem appropriate to do."
