    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are a lot of problems being experienced by staff previously employed in the Civil Service and whose services are transferred, for example, to the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) or the National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS). These staff start being administered by different pension schemes. Could the Assistant Minister consider amending the Pensions Act in order to harmonise and take the interest of these employees on board so that the money that they had earned is transferred and invested in the new scheme instead of collecting two pensions and in the process actually getting shortchanged?"
