The Assistant Minister says that this teacher was not taken because she had not met the specific grade in Form Four yet it is on record from the Assistant Minister that she took a Chemistry subject at the university level. He also says that there is also a policy allowing for upgrading of the subject. Is he not misleading this House to defend the decision that was made in view of the fact that the course taken at the university amounted to more than overgrading?"
