    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended by:- (a) inserting the following new definition in a proper alphabetical sequence \"Corporate member\" means a registered political party\"; (b) adding the following proviso at the end of the definition of \"political party\"- \"Provided that in the case of a political party whose membership includes corporate members, each such member shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed to be a political party within the meaning of this Act.\" This is intended to give clarity as indicated in the Memorandum."
