    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended- (a) in Sub-clause (2) by deleting the word \"section\" appearing in the second line and substituting therefor the word \"subsection\"; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after Subclause (3)- (4) Every occupier shall send a copy of a report of risk assessment carried out under this section to the area occupational safety and health officer; (c) in the existing Sub-clause (4) by deleting the word \"eminent\" appearing in the second line and substituting thereof the word \"imminent\"; (d) by deleting Sub-clause (6) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause- (7) An occupier who fails to comply with a duty imposed on him under this section commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both, (e) by renumbering the existing Sub-clauses (4),(5) and (6) as Sub-clauses (5), (6) 4560 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 17, 2007 and (7) respectively."
