"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended- (a) by inserting the following new Subclause immediately after Subclause (1)- (4) No person shall be appointed under Subsection (1) unless that person is the holder of a degree in science, medicine, engineering, chemistry, physics, biochemistry, nursing, zoology, computer science, occupational safety and health or industrial hygiene; (b) by renumbering Subclauses (2) and (3) as Subclauses (3) and (4) respectively."
