    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I stand to support the amendment proposed by hon. Dr. Oburu in his capacity as the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. I would also like to explain to the House that this is as a result of negotiations and discussions between the same Committee and the Select Committee of the House in charge of CDF. We have agreed on these amendments wherever they are and we do appeal to the House to support them."
