"content": "Let us turn to page 1793, paragraph (d), item 5 of the original Bill, which we intended to amend. We are suggesting that it remains the way it is because that was a typographical error. Clause 9, paragraph (d), item 5 says:- \"Unspent funds for re-allocation in accordance with Sections 3 and 4 may be allocated to any eligible project and such project may be new or ongoing at the end of the financial year.' So, the word \"Authority\" does not appear. That is why we are leaving the clause the way it is. October 17, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 4575"
